Gail became a licensed agent in 1981 and earned her Associate Brokers license in 1984. She was the broker-owner of Trade Mart Realty in Waynesboro for many years. She has served as the president of the Waynesboro Board of Realtors and the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors. Gail has served on several committees and received many awards, including the Code of Ethics, Realtor of the year, Outstanding Community Service and the Hall of Fame. She is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors and the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, Inc. Gail is also a GRI ( Graduate of Realtors Institute) and a CRS ( Certified Residential Specialist). Gail resides in Fishersville with her husband Don. She is a member of the VHDA Advisory Board in Richmond and also volunteers for the Waynesboro Redevelopment and Housing. She also taught Principals of Real Estate and Brokerage at Blue Ridge community College.
